Jang Yu-bin surpassed the prize money earned in Korea last year with six LIV Golf tournaments remaining.

Jang Yoo-bin lost one shot in the final round of the LIV Golf Virginia (total prize money of $25 million) held at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club (par 71) in Virginia on the 9th (Korea time) and tied for 38th with a total under par.메이저놀이터

Having shown poor performance in over par in four consecutive tournaments since Singapore in March, Chang put his final score at under par in this tournament. He won 136,250 U.S. dollars in prize money in this tournament.

With the prize money, Jang earned 958,464 dollars for the season. This translates into nearly 1.3 billion won (1.1 million dollars) in Korean currency. The prize money surpasses 1,120,047,083 won (1,123 dollars) earned by the Korea Professional Golfers Association (KPGA) last year. 

He is not much younger than Kim. Kim participated in 15 PGA Tour events this year, making the top 10 only once. Kim earned 989,868 dollars. Kim ranks 90th in this season's prize money list.

Kim Joo-hyung has earned nearly $30,000 more than Jang Yu-bin. However, Kim Joo-hyung played seven more competitions than Jang Yoo-bin, and the only one who performed well was tied for seventh at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February.

Jang swept the Korea Professional Golf Association (KPGA) tour last year. Along with his two wins, he won all of the big titles including the grand prize, the top prize money award, and the Top 10 Finishes Award. Since then, he has chosen LIV Golf. However, he failed to show proper results in LIV Golf. His best LIV Golf record is a joint 23rd place at the Adelaide Championship. According to the combined results since the Virginia Championship, Jang has ranked 50th in this season's prize money rankings.

Nevertheless, the prize money for this season exceeded 950,000 dollars. Assuming that he maintains his performance in this competition with six more competitions to go, it is worth seeking to surpass 2 billion won in prize money.
